Election days are great fun at Barneys! With a coffee cart and jumping castle there’s no better way to vote then at church. Feel free to hang around, meet some of your neighbours, keep the kids entertained and relax!

Beginning August 15th we’re going to start looking at the Book of Job as a church, sifting through various questions to do with suffering. It’s not going to be an easy read, but that’s part of what makes it so important.

If you’re somebody who’s got big questions to ask about God and suffering, feel free to come ask them. Everybody’s welcome.

The last few weeks have really been testimony to the fact that winter isn’t too far away. We’ve decided to make the most of it and take an opportunity to have HOT SOUP SUNDAY at Barneys. You might remember this event from last year- members of the congregation offer to host a few people from any Barneys service at their house to share a meal either before or after church (depending on the service you attend). It’s a great way to get to know other people from church better. Have a look at the back of church for a sign up sheet this week.

Perhaps you’re a seasoned runner, or quite the opposite, but if you’re looking for the opportunity to connect with some locals around Roseville and get fit, joining a regular training group could just be the thing that helps you up heartbreak hill this year.

Feel free to join us at the cnr of Macquarie and William streets in Roseville East on Monday nights at 6pm, Wednesday mornings at 6am, Saturday and Sunday mornings at 7am. The sessions will go for approx. an hour.
